Jose Pepen, DVM, ABVP
Board Certified in Canine & Feline Practice
American Board of Veterinary Practitioner
Dr. Pepen has owned a practice in his native country, the Dominican Republic as well as in Rhode Island. He has also practiced in Hawaii, before moving to Florida and founding Aloha Pet and Bird Hospital. He is licensed in Hawaii, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Florida. He enjoys reading, surfing and playing classical guitar.
Dr. Pepen and his wife Linda have two sons David and Daniel. Dr Pepen successfully completed his ABVP(American Board of Veterinary Practitioners) certification in Canine & Feline practice in December 2006.

Carol Luther, DVM
Dr. Luther, a graduate of Tufts University, worked with Dr. Pepen in her native Rhode Island. In December of 1988, she and family moved to Florida and joined Dr. Pepen.
Dr Luther is an accomplished athlete and has completed several marathons and triathlons. She loves running, swimming and bicycling.

Daniel Pepen, DVM
Dr. Daniel Pepen is a 2010 graduate from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine, his special interests include Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Surgery. His hobbies include surfing, reading & traveling.
Daniel was born in Rhode Island, lived in Hawaii with his family and moved to Melbourne in 1987.He graduated from Melbourne Central Catholic School before attending University of Florida in Gainesville.

Dave Fogelberg, DVM
Dr. Dave Fogelberg, from Twin Lakes, Wisconsin joined the Aloha team in 1996. Dave did his undergraduate work at the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
He attended Veterinary school at Ross University in St. Kitts, West Indies then transferred to the School of Veterinary Medicine at St. Paul, Minnesota for his final year. Dr. Fogelberg has special interest in all types of surgery.
Most of Dr.Fogelberg's hobbies revolve around water in some way. He enjoys snow skiing, snow boarding, snowmobiling, and ice fishing during the winter time. He also enjoys water skiing, boating, offshore fishing, diving and surfing.

Arnaldo Pérez, DVM
Dr. Perez received his Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Havana, Cuba in 1984. He practiced there as a Veterinary Pathologist until coming to the U.S. with his wife and two daughters in 1997.
Dr. Pérez successfully completed his Florida certification and joined the Aloha staff in March, 2000. He has several hobbies: wood working, choir singing and history. Dr Perez is also an expert in home improvements.

Michael Stitzel, DVM
Dr. Mike Stitzel is available most Wednesdays and some Saturdays. Dr. Stitzel graduated from Auburn University. He owned & operated the Melbourne Animal Hospital on Wickham Road in Melbourne until he was forced into retirement due to an spinal cord injury. Dr. Stitzel brings encouragement and insight to the Aloha Team; his wife Susan is Aloha's Practice manager.
